Kyle represents both strategic and private equity clients in a diverse array of corporate and transactional matters. 

Kyle's practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital financings and joint ventures. Additionally, Kyle advises on issues of general importance to any business, such as corporate financing alternatives and general corporate governance matters. Kyle represents clients across a number of industries, including media, timber, manufacturing, technology, financial services, healthcare and others.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Kyle participated in the Eversheds Sutherland 2017 Summer Associate program.

  • Represented Tenneco Inc. in the sale of its lighting business to Angstrom Automotive.
  • Represented Westlake Royal Building Products in its acquisition of the Palight Trimboard business from Palram Americas, Inc.
  • Represented ITC Infotech in its strategic partnership with PTC, Inc. pursuant to which ITC Infotech purchased the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business from PTC and acquired a portion of PTC’s PLM implementation services business, DxP services.
  • Represented DC Blox Inc., a data center provider in the southeast United States, in connection with its acquisition of a dark fiber route between Atlanta, Georgia and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
  • Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a US-based manufacturer of specialty gas compression systems used in all stages of the hydrogen energy supply chain with operations in China, Japan, South Korea and Germany.
  • Represented Safran S.A., a global tier-one supplier of systems and equipment to the aviation, defense, and space markets, on the sale of its Base2 Solutions subsidiary to Belcan, LLC.
  • Represented Automobile Protection Corporation, doing business as EasyCare, in the sale of Covideo to private equity sponsor Triangle Digital Ventures.
  • Represented BrandSafway LLC, a subsidiary of Brand Industrial Services, Inc., in the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding stock of Century Elevators, Inc.
  • Represented Columbia Care Inc. in its public listing on the Canadian NEO Stock Exchange, making it the first company with an enterprise value of more than $1 billion to list on the NEO.
  • Represented Oldcastle Infrastructure in the sale of its SurePods business to WND Ventures.
  • Represented Westlake Corporation in its acquisition of DaVinci Roofscapes from TGP Capital Partners.
  • Represented Cox Enterprises in the sale of its radio station portfolio (comprising fifty-four stations) and national advertising businesses to Apollo Global Management.
  • Represented Cox Enterprises in the sale of its television station portfolio (comprising thirteen stations in ten markets across the United States) to Apollo Global Management.
