Kyle represents both strategic and private equity clients in a diverse array of corporate and transactional matters.
Kyle's practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital financings and joint ventures. Additionally, Kyle advises on issues of general importance to any business, such as corporate financing alternatives and general corporate governance matters. Kyle represents clients across a number of industries, including media, timber, manufacturing, technology, financial services, healthcare and others.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Kyle participated in the Eversheds Sutherland 2017 Summer Associate program.
- Represented Tenneco Inc. in the sale of its lighting business to Angstrom Automotive.
- Represented Westlake Royal Building Products in its acquisition of the Palight Trimboard business from Palram Americas, Inc.
- Represented ITC Infotech in its strategic partnership with PTC, Inc. pursuant to which ITC Infotech purchased the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business from PTC and acquired a portion of PTC’s PLM implementation services business, DxP services.
- Represented DC Blox Inc., a data center provider in the southeast United States, in connection with its acquisition of a dark fiber route between Atlanta, Georgia and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
- Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a US-based manufacturer of specialty gas compression systems used in all stages of the hydrogen energy supply chain with operations in China, Japan, South Korea and Germany.
