Robin Raasch advises energy industry clients in a variety of complex business transactions and agreements.
These include acquisitions, dispositions, financings in relation to renewables and oil and gas, real estate transactions, green energy agreements and matters, regulatory issues and matters, and a broad range of corporate governance matters.
Robin has experience in drafting and negotiating asset purchase agreements, purchase and sale agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, shared facilities agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, limited liability company agreements, limited liability operating agreements, water supply agreements, energy management services agreements and EPC contracts.
Robin has extensive experience in the energy industry, representing clients across the renewable and green energy spectrum as well as the upstream and midstream space, on transformative projects and transactions.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, she worked as an associate at several multinational law firms representing energy industry clients. Preceding her career in private practice, Robin worked as Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chairman of the Railroad Commission of Texas, the regulatory agency with jurisdictional oversight of Texas’s oil, gas, pipeline, gas utility and lignite mining industries. Most recently, Robin worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
