Trent Myers counsels lenders, developers, investors and businesses in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including conventional and securitized financing, the acquisition and disposition of properties and joint ventures. He also is experienced in office and industrial leasing. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Real Estate Practice Group, Trent was a member of Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Litigation Practice Group, where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate litigation.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Trent participated in the firm’s 2008 Summer Associate Program. For his graduate program, he completed his thesis, “Interlocal Agreements for Historic Preservation in Georgia.” During law school, Trent worked as a legal intern for the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Association County Commissioners of Georgia.
