Stacy Fredrich prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications; primarily for clients in the chemical, mechanical, consumer products and life sciences (biotech and medical devices) industries. In addition, she counsels clients on patent portfolio management and prepares patentability, validity, infringement and product clearance opinions.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US) as an associate, Stacy participated in the firm’s 2009 Summer Associate Program, assisting in patent prosecution and trademark matters. Stacy holds a degree in chemical engineering and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
