Taylor Davison advises investment advisers, mutual funds and business development companies (BDCs) on compliance matters, corporate governance issues and regulatory filing needs with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She also helps clients with a wide range of corporate transactions, including their capital raising efforts and initial public offerings.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Taylor was a legal intern for a privacy think tank where she provided research on biometrics, big data and the impact of the EU privacy laws on US companies. She also participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate Program in 2017.
