Tracey Ledbetter counsels clients in the insurance and financial services, automotive, and construction industries on a wide range of matters. Her experience includes defending class action lawsuits, handling complex business litigation and arbitration, advising on regulatory matters and compliance issues, and drafting construction agreements.

Tracey has had some notable successes, including winning a favorable outcome for the seller of a business in an action claiming breach of representations and warranties, and obtaining a denial of class certification for a national insurance carrier in a matter arising out of auto subrogation claims.

Tracey worked with the California Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles while attending law school, researching legal issues raised on appeal from the trial court in both criminal and civil cases. She is a member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.
