He advises clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance, corporate governance and transactional matters, including capital raising efforts.
During law school, Tuong-anh worked as a research assistant, summer patent law clerk and an intern at different law firms and participated in the school's law clinic. He also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge John M. Tran at the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
