Veronica Wayner counsels financial services and insurance companies in commercial litigation and class action lawsuits in federal and state courts. She handles matters involving unfair trade practices, alleged violations of consumer protection statutes and policy coverage issues, as well as a variety of business torts actions and commercial disputes. She also assists clients in conducting internal investigations and with regulatory compliance.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Veronica practiced at an international law firm in New York, where she focused on insurance litigation. Veronica has previously litigated employment and professional liability cases. She has also argued successfully on behalf of clients at the appellate level.
