Yasser Zaghloul is a patent agent in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. His work involves preparation and prosecution of patent applications filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Yasser has a background across a broad spectrum of technology areas, including computer networks and hardware, fiber optics, linear and nonlinear fiber optics, software, wireless communications, silicon photonics, display technology, and medical and electrochemical devices. He also has significant experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, e-commerce, logistics and big data.
Yasser is also the inventor of several patented technologies, including the invention of the first true digital optical processor, devices and complete set of polarization-based optical logic gates.
Yasser is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
